For the past 13 years, Tampa Bay Appraisal Service has been a leading provider of appraisal services to the Greater Tampa Bay Area. Our company was founded in 1994 by Thomas P. Brubaker, and is located in Tampa, FL.

Although the lending industry is experiencing extensive change, we adapted to those changes to meet stringent underwriter needs.  As a result, we have little to no conditions from underwriting.
